Once upon a time, hardcore full sleeve, and neck and hand tattooing was the exclusive province of first-grade motorcycle outlaws, circus freaks and most of the male population of the Soviet prison system.
That is no longer the case.
The final tattoo taboo has not so much been broken, as it has been smashed beyond all recognition.
